Strömsunds Hostel is open all year round. Our high season is during July and August, when we are most often fully booked. You are advised to book well in advance if you wish to stay with us during this period. This also applies during the off-season as we occasionally close the hostel for our own holidays.

Check-in from 4PM. Check-out latest 11AM.

On the day of arrival, you will receive a text message to the phone number you provided us whilst making your reservation. The text message contains the code to the front door. Your room key will be placed on the bench. This arrangement allows you to arrive at whatever time suits you the best.

We’ll agree on a time for payment with you over the phone. We accept cash and debit cards.
